Dodger Mask Policy
Because of the nature of the COVID-19 crisis and public health recommendations, our protective masks are not eligible for return or refund. If you have a mask that arrived to you damaged please email our team at email@example.com within 48 hours and we will work to get you a new mask.
Collections's One and Two Policy
New and unworn/unused items purchased online domestically are eligible for return or exchange (if supplies are available) within 30 days of your purchase date. The Contrary team must be notified immediately if you decide to return your item(s) to begin the authorized return process. Once we've received your returned item(s) our team will do our best to inspect them, approve them and upon approval refund your order. All shipping costs for the return/exchange are paid for by the customer, unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there has been some other mistake on our end.
Once your return is received, inspected and approved we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once approved, the original value of the returned items will be refunded to your credit card.
Like it is stated above, the Dodger mask is not eligible for refunds. If a mask is faulty we will work to get you a new mask.
If you need to exchange your purchase we would love to do our best to help you do that. If you'd like to start the exchange process, email Connor at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out if the size you'd like to exchange for is available. Because of limited quantities it's possible your desired exchange size will not be available. If it is not available for exchange you're welcome to receive a refund for your item(s).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
